ROOTS ATTACK proudly presents its first release SHOWCASE Volume 1.

The album consists of original and exclusive compositions inspired by the golden age of jamaican reggae and interpreted by Roots Attack All Stars. Each track results of a meeting with major singers who shaped this music for over 40 years : WINSTON McANUFF, LEROY BROWN, NEREUS JOSEPH and EASTON CLARKE spread conscious and spiritual messages, truthfull to their roots and culture.

I FI, official deejay of the crew, rides two tracks in a typical “rub-a-dub style”. Each piece of music is served with its dub version, as is the tradition in jamaican music. This timeless LP was skillfully composed, recorded and mixed with passion by JEH JEH at HONEY STUDIO.

SHOWCASE Volume 1 is an introduction to ROOTS ATTACK‘s musical universe and will be followed by other productions starring equally prestigeous collaborations.
